Pump your favorite liquid foundation or moisturizer on the back of your hand. Add 1-2 drops of Custom Enhancer Drops into the formula and blend with a brush or clean fingertip – remember: a little goes a long way. Apply as desired using fingers or a brush. You can also blend a few drops atop makeup as a high-impact highlighter.
